We stand behind every bar. If something's off with your order, we'll make it right.


Our Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not happy with your Phun Bar order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we'll take care of you.


Unopened Products

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong flavor? We'll issue a full refund on any unopened product returned within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.

To start a return:

  1. Email us at info@phunbar.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll reply within 1-2 business days with next steps
  3. Once we confirm, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.


Opened or Consumed Products

We get it — you can't always know if a flavor is going to be your thing until you try it. If you're not satisfied with the taste or quality of a product you've already opened, reach out within 30 days. We'll work with you on a resolution.

We don't require you to ship anything back. Just tell us what happened.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong items, that's on us. Email us at info@phunbar.com with a photo and your order number and we'll get a replacement out to you immediately.


What We Don't Cover

  • Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date
  • Orders where incorrect shipping information was provided at checkout

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time is 5-7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We do not offer store credit or exchanges at this time.
