If you're the person leading group runs in your city, organizing weekend rides, or sharing trail beta with fellow hikers—and your community actually trusts your gear recommendations—we want you.
The Phun Bar Crew is 25 athletes across running, cycling, hiking, and outdoor sports who genuinely love Phun Bar and want to share it with people who move like they do. You'll receive FREE monthly product, exclusive swag, insider access to new flavors, and a direct line to our team. But more importantly, you'll join a community of like-minded athletes who support each other's goals and celebrate every element of adventure.

Engage Your Community
Share your Crew discount code with your followers and local training partners. Respond to questions about Phun Bar authentically. Represent the brand positively at races, group rides, and outdoor events.
Stay Connected
Respond to monthly check-ins, submit simple content plans, and communicate proactively if issues arise. We're flexible humans working with flexible humans—just keep the conversation going.

We Review Applications
Our team evaluates every submission based on authenticity, community influence, content quality, and alignment with Phun Bar values. No bots, no algorithms—real humans reading real applications.
You'll Hear From Us
We'll notify all applicants within 2 weeks of their application submission. If you're selected, you'll receive a welcome email with next steps and onboarding details.
Welcome to the Crew
Once you're accepted, your Crew Kit ships within a few weeks. You'll join the private Crew community, connect with fellow members, and get your first content assignment. Let's go!
